RENT YOUR ROOF If you own a building with a large area of roof you can rent the roof and receive annual payments for 20-25 years from a PV system installed by Pretasol and fully funded by a solar investor. Pretasol offers a full service set-up, completely covering all legal, administrative and maintenance requirements, so you never have to worry. You can also benefit by promoting the solar PV system for your building, as this will contribute substantially to reducing CO2 gas emissions and generate electricity from renewable technologies instead of fossil fuels. Requirements for roofs The minimum area of roof that we are looking for is 250m ² in areas of high radiation.
