DEERS is a development company that specializes in the development of solar, photovoltaic projects on large commercial roof spaces. We provide a turnkey solution whereby the DEERS Team can design, build, own and maintain the solar "PV System" that the customer hosts on their buildings. Our business model allows for our customers to simply pay for the power that is produced through Power Purchase Agreements, requiring no capital outlay. The required capital to do projects comes from utility and federal cash incentives along with the power payments.
