The company is in the process of expanding its operations in Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Rumania, Poland, and Serbia) and is also active in South Africa and Namibia. The Electrawinds headquarters are located in Ostend, Belgium. ElectraWinds provided the wind farm that powered the 2010 World Cup in Souht Africa.
