Solaris Office Building Website (Belgium)

This website provides information on the Solaris office building in Brussels. Having received the Eco-Building Award 2009 and the MIPIM Award 2010 in recognition of its environmental qualities, Solaris is the first Valideo-certified building (analysis according to a global approach on four themes, i.e. site, management, comfort and social value) with a score of 78%. The building is equipped with a solar photovoltaic façade and a geothermal heat pump. Designed by the architectural office Assar, Solaris provides 13,700m2 of office space spread over eight levels. It has four underground levels for 196 cars. The open work spaces range from 1,600m2 to 1,900m2 and offer a high degree of occupancy flexibility. Two atria rise up over three floors and let in a great deal of natural light.
